(Montreal, Canada) – Paul Ortchanian, Founder, CEO, Head of Product, Data and Strategy of Bain Public, is honoured to be leading an expert workshop in collaboration with Techstars Montreal AI Accelerator, a world-wide network committed to authentic mentorship, collaboration and start-up growth. Techstars accelerators has helped launch the likes of Rover.com, who is now at a 970 million dollar evaluation and ClassPass who successfully funded $255 million.

Techstars Montreal AI Accelerator is the third Techstars accelerator in Canada with the support of Real Ventures. As AI technologies and business applications continue to evolve, Techstars Montreal AI will select startups that advance the development and application of artificial intelligence across all industries and markets.

Paul’s unique experience brings together the necessity of great engineering and the beauty of product strategy. With this, he has identified an actionable process that enables him to offer concrete messages about product management and operations.

During his workshop, Paul Ortchanian will focus on learning how to create actionable, product-centered roadmaps. Paul will discuss the steps in creating great overarching product strategy for AI products by introducing Bain Public's Service Blueprint approach. This blueprint will enable organizations to capture unique activities, allowing them to deliver the customer value proposition. A well understood product roadmap aligns behaviours within the business. It allows everyone in the organization to make individual choices that reinforce one another, rendering employees exponentially more effective.
