Bain Public Leads with its Product-Centric Roadmap framework at Hypercroissance Québec initiative

Hypercroissance Quebec - an initiative of Startup Montreal developed in collaboration with Apexe Global with the support of the Quebec government, Desjardins Entreprises and BDC - is the first program to focus entirely on Quebec's high-growth companies (also known as scaleups). These young companies that have experienced at least two consecutive years of significant growth often find themselves at a crossroads -- growth happens so fast that the company has difficulty adapting. The selected scaleups will benefit from a 9-month customized program, centered around executive development through coaching, mentoring and sales missions.
"Finding the right executives, coaches and mentors who can help them achieve hypergrowth is a challenge for these companies" Liette Lamonde, executive director of Startup Montreal.
Bain Public has agreed to collaborate with the new Quebec program to propel scaleups on the world stage by providing workshops and peer to peer coaching to develop the management teams of these companies to think slow, act fast, and build roadmaps, brick by tiny brick. Its sustainable, repeatable planning & prioritization framework SOAP™ will be deployed making sure everyone is aligned, motivated, inspired, and ready to innovate.
"We plan on upskilling them with operational tactics that help shape harmonious collaborations, accentuate connections and ease information sharing." Paul Ortchanian, CEO of Bain Public
The SOAP™ approach uses product mission, product blueprint and roadmap pillars to create knowledge and build product strategies that add value, respect stakeholders' opinions while getting teams' buy-in optimizing product delivery through iterative releases.
Selected from 150 applicants, these companies, among the most promising in the province, exude their strong growth potential in various dynamic and high-growth sectors such as finance, healthcare, construction and information technology.
