Bain Public to become an official sponsor and advisor of the 2019 Holt Fintech accelerator cohort.
(Montreal, Canada) – Paul Ortchanian, Founder, CEO, Head of Product, Data and Strategy of Bain Public, will be leading a customer-centric design workshop, as well as acting as a product coach for 5 of the 10 chosen teams during the 2019 Cohort program.
Paul’s unique experience brings together the necessity of great engineering and the beauty of product strategy. With this, he has identified an actionable process that enables him to offer concrete messages about product management and operations.
The 2019 Holt Fintech accelerator opened its registration to over 400 applications in the financial technology sector, worldwide. Only the top 30 applicants were invited to Holt Selection Day 2019, and had the opportunity to pitch in front of more than 100 financial institutions, investors, partners and advisors -- Bain Public among others. From those 30 applications, the 2019 cohort selected 10 fintech start-ups for entrance to the 12 week program. Those chosen to participate in the Holt Fintech accelerator will have access to capital ranging up to 125K, support from super advisors, industry tech experts and world class PhD’s. They will gain access to key decision makers in financial institutions while obtaining real feedback on product(s). Lastly, they will have the opportunity to plug into Holt’s financial digital bank and exchange for new revenue sources.
During his workshop, Paul Ortchanian will focus on learning how to create actionable, product-centered roadmaps. Paul will discuss the steps in creating a great overarching product strategy by introducing his product blueprint. This blueprint will enable organizations to capture unique activities, allowing them to deliver the customer value proposition. A well-understood product roadmap aligns behaviors within the business. It allows everyone in the organization to make individual choices that reinforce one another, rendering employees exponentially more effective.
