(Montreal, Canada) – Paul Ortchanian, President/CEO and Founder of Bain Public, will be leading a workshop on Thursday, April 7th for District 3 Innovation Hub, in collaboration with Espace-inc.
District 3 Innovation Hub, based at Concordia University, is a leading innovation hub open to Montreal’s startup ecosystem. This co-working space has office space for startups, private meeting rooms, a phone booth, and a design lab for prototyping including 3D printers, laser cutters, and electronic components. District 3’s aim is to nurture and develop multidisciplinary teams and scientific entrepreneurs that harness emerging technologies to create businesses with global impact.
Espace-inc is an accelerator for entrepreneurs, and are actively involved in helping companies create value and develop their full potential of entrepreneurial talent.

During the hybrid workshop, Paul will guide the teams through the creation of their product blueprint, which will capture their product's unique activities (or a complex combination of actions) to better deliver on the customer’s value proposition.

With this, he has identified an actionable process that enables him to offer concrete messages about product management and operations.
