Livescale, a Bain Public Alumni Client, Raises $2.5 Million to Expand Growth in New Markets


Livescale Technologies Inc., a Bain Public alumni client, recently announced a $2.5 million equity financing round led by Luge Capital and Granicus Group, with contribution from Inovia Capital, Panache Ventures, Real Ventures, French Founders, and strategic angel investors.

Livescale is a software company in Montreal that brings brands an innovative live video shopping solution to create authentic and engaging relationships with customers. Thanks to Livescale, live shopping allows brands to monetize their social influence, promote their products on video, and sell online with live streaming solutions where orders and payment systems go right to their e-commerce platform.

Since the beginning of the pandemic last year, more and more consumers have switched to online shopping, which has increased business for Livescale’s platform. Known as one of the top competitors in the global livestream shopping market, Livescale hopes this new capital will help them expand in new markets and further invest in product development.

Our work with Livescale
Part of Bain Public’s approach to assisting Livescale was through talent acquisition, helping hire their product manager, Chanida Rayrolles. We then conducted our 12-weeks SOAP™ methodology for building high-performance product teams; fully defining the challenges and identifying comprehensive roadmapping tools, processes and solutions.
