Bain Public acted as an Exclusive Product Advisor to Bonjour Startup Montreal’s Startup Radar platform in defining their roadmap. Bonjour Startup Montréal is a non-profit organization whose mission is to accelerate the creation, growth and public exposure of Montreal startups, with the goal of positioning the city among the world’s 20 most dynamic ecosystems.
Startup Radar is an ecosystem intelligence platform that powers the future growth of local startups. By using the largest funding and collaboration opportunity pool, it creates value through opportunity matching tools, an easy-to-use dashboard to recommend matches across every part of the startup journey. Its objective is to make the entrepreneurial environment bloom in the Montréal region by offering business opportunities and up-to-date information.
Bain Public brought new processes, tools and increased support with their SOAP™ 12-module approach. Bain Public helped establish Startup Radar’s product culture and prepared their product practice through product management training and by working on their roadmap while providing analysis, data and UX support.
